Dr. Abigail Pfaffenbach

Dr Abby Pfaffenbach received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic where she graduated in 2024. While attending Palmer College she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a prior 2 years of study at the University of Wisconsin River Falls. She furthered her education by attending Options for Animals Animal Chiropractic program where she received her Animal Chiropractic Certification. She is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic and licensed in Indiana by the Indiana Board of Chiropractic, as well as Board Certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.

As a chiropractic student, she extended her studies by becoming a member of the campus Gonstead club and interning at a local Gonstead clinic in Moline, Illinois. While interning, she got to observe patient care with a doctor who had 50 years of experience, interact with patients, and chart patient notes. She has attended four Gonstead seminars that gave her more hands on training to better serve her patients. In school she worked with patients through the school clinic, some with no other access to chiropractic care.

Her experiences have given her the opportunity to see and work with patients with a variety of ailments. Her mission is to empower her patients to regain and maintain the activities that their lives demand by providing chiropractic care and helping them become resilient in all aspects of their lives. Chiropractic provided Dr. Abby with the avenue to fulfill her passion to help others in a meaningful way. She wants to help others see that chiropractic is for every living thing at any stage of life.

She grew up in Roann, Indiana on a grain farm. She worked at a Dairy farm all the way through school and has always known she wanted to return to this area to work with those in the middle class and find ways to better serve people and families in the agriculture community. She is a Christian who longs to serve the community in all the ways she can. Outside of the office you can find her somewhere on the farm, helping out wherever she can and loving on all the animals (including the non-tame barn cats). She also enjoys running, playing the piano, crafting, and spending time with her family.

She couldn’t be any more excited to begin serving and supporting the North Manchester Community for years to come.
